Luca Marconi was born in Rimini on 13rd July, 1989.

Before approaching the motorcycle Luca's passion was bike racing. Then an accident changed everything.
Luca was a femur fracture, and during the rest period, when it was in a cast, chatted to go see the motorcycle races on the track near the house. It is there that he decided to try the bike when it would have been better and just removed the plaster. And so it was.
Since then he has not got off the bike. An emotion that becomes his entire life.
Besides the passion for two wheels it was already in the family. The father and grandfather raced in motocross. Since 2008 then the bike has become his job.
In 2001, at age 12, his father buys a minibike DM and with this took part in several races in the Junior B category, immediately getting great satisfaction.
The real debut in the competitive field of performing it in 2002 when Luca participates in the Italian championship that sees him among the protagonists.
In 2003 Luke goes to the Senior category, regardless of weight (compared to the Moto GP), where the fight with more experienced riders him, finishing 10th in the first year and 5th the next and again 10th in 2005.
In 2006 he became official driver, competing in the Italian Championship and the Constructors' Cup the Italian Championship. At the end of the season wins the European title and becomes Vice Italian Champion and Vice Italian Champion Manufacturers' Cup.
In 2007 Luke is in his first year of high wheeled racing and immediately puts on display thanks to excellent results in the Honda Trophy is in Italian 125 GP Championship. The excellent 5th place in the Honda Trophy speaks volumes about its potential. 1st year in the 125cc class gets so out as the best rookie coming from minimoto.
2008 sees Luca Marconi protagonist in the Honda Trophy 125 GP, thanks to the support of the CRP Racing Team, sees great protagonist is always in the Trophy in both the CIV.
At the end it will terminate the Honda Trophy in 2nd position only 3 points from the winner, and the CIV in 5th position, but compromised due to a fall in the test Vallelunga.
2009 sees him among the chosen IRTA (organizer of the World Championship) to participate in the World 125 GP, with the assignment of Pesaro CBC Team, which has provided an Aprilia RSV customers. In the 2010 season Luca participates for the 2nd consecutive year to MotoGP with WorldWideRace. Despite the two incidents tedious expectations, one at the beginning and one at the end of the season, and half noncompetitive led to a lackluster season.
The year 2011 sees the debut in the World Luca FIM CUP SuperSport600 official saddle Yamaha R6 managed by Bike Service team. The young rider from Romagna is the debut of a 4-stroke motorcycle, but the experience and the Luca class will help you to be now the star of the championship that got underway on February 27th at Phillip Island in Australia.

In 2012 Luca runs with the same motion in the VFT Racing team getting 16 points in the league.
In 2013, again in the World Championship FIM CUP SuperSport 600 Luke is riding the PTR Honda Team. Getting to the end of the season 17 points and 22 th place.
In 2014 Luca took part in 5 races of the World Championship FIM CUP SuperSport 600 always with Honda, this time together with Team Lorini. The season will see two retreats and five points from three races with a good 11th place in France.
The 2015 season began with a major change. In March Luca started with 600 SuperSport Championship, and in April went to the FIM World Championship CUP 1000 SuperStock.
It was a major change. The 600cc and 1000cc are completely different. There are 100 horsepower and is completely transformed the guidance. However, the adaptation was faster.
With Team Yamaha Trasimeno good results have been achieved. The bike that I rode it out this year, it was new and we were some small problems at the beginning, but then the bike proved to be very valid.
Among the best positions in the 2015 season ranked 8th in Portugal and 10th place at Misano.
The 2016 always seen riding Yamaha Team Yamaha Trasimeno.
During the season 2016 runs a round of the FIM EWC - Endurance World Championship, with 3art Yam 'Avenue team, the prestigious Bol d'Or (Circuit Paul Ricard), also riding a Yamaha R1M, ranking 3rd in the category Superstock1000.

The 2016 always seen riding Yamaha Team Yamaha Trasimeno.
During the season 2016 runs a round of the FIM EWC - Endurance World Championship, with 3art Yam 'Avenue team, the prestigious Bol d'Or (Circuit Paul Ricard), also riding a Yamaha R1M, ranking 3rd in the category Superstock1000.
Change team for the season 2017, always riding a Yamaha, with The Black Sheep Team.
The first race of the season at Aragon recorded the 12th position and four points in the championship.
